For too long many of us have been ashamed to talk about anything related to mental illness or mantle health. For folks like me, GenX, and prior, "talking" about mental health was not a thing. Mental health wasn't acknowledged, let alone talked about or strived for. Now that we all have realized the importance of our health in its entirety, we sure as hell aren't afraid to talk about it!
